Most of our produce is harvested early in the morning, cooled, and delivered the same day. Please order at least 24 hours before your desired delivery or shipment. Quality depends upon proper storage and transit temperatures, we make every effort to ensure proper refrigeration on our end, please be prepared to receive these quality products. See Storage Temperatures and Shelf Life for more information. Standing orders receive priority, so if you know you will have a consistent or predictable need a standing order will give you the best guarantee of availability and early delivery.

Placing an Order:

The best way is to email or FAX at 434-985-4985, always give us a return address and phone number so we can easily reach you to confirm or check on any problems with your order. We like to talk to you to be certain you get what you want. We ship perishable items every Tuesday to allow sufficient time for delivery unless you request otherwise. To maintain the highest quality possible we will pack your order with cold packs and hold it under refrigeration until it is released to the shipper.

Refrigerated Deliveries to Harrisonburg area Tuesday evenings
Deliveries to Northern VA and Washington DC area on Monday and Thursday
Pick up at Charlottesville Market Saturdays 6:00am till noon April through October
Shipments via Priority Mail, UPS Blue 2day air, overnight, or Air Freight all perishables must be Overnight or Next Day
